Terms of Agreement
1. The date of your event is considered
“booked” upon receipt of a signed copy of this agreement and a 20% “hold the date” down payment. This
payment is non-refundable.
2. Attendance must be definitely confirmed 21 days prior to the event. This number is considered
a guarantee and not subject to reduction.
3. Cake quantities are expressed in “number of people served”
and are based on an average serving size. (what you’d typically receive in an average restaurant)
4. Flowers:
Flowers for cake decoration, fresh or silk, are the responsibility of the client. If client is using fresh flowers on the
cake, the florist is responsible for providing the flowers and making sure the flowers and foliage are safe to place on a
cake. Some flowers and foliage are not food safe due to the variety, chemicals used growing the flowers and the chemicals
used to preserve the flowers and foliage. It is your responsibility to select wisely with the assistance of your florist.
Client is responsible to inform the florist that the florals are for a cake so that food-safe flowers will be made available.
Tastee Bakes reserves the right to refuse to allow toxic flowers to come in contact with the cake. Tastee Bakes will place
the flowers on your cake.
